My friend Liz recently created an insanely gorgeous Blurb book that details the first three months of her second daughter's life. The book is understated and simple, with the focus on the photos and words, and I love the way it turned out. It's got me itching to get my San Francisco pictures from this past summer and last year's Washington DC photos off my hard drive and onto my coffee table (well, my end tables, I guess, since I don't have a coffee table). Of course, I've got to find the time to get everything put together first.
Until then, though, I can start with the freebie template that Liz is giving away on her blog. It's a great way to fit a ton of photos on one page, and it's easy to customize, too, which is what I did for a quick page about Cassidy's 6th grade academic team.
Wow what a beautiful book. Thanks for the links I feel very inspired.
