The Open Book, Challenge 6: Kitchen Confidential

My book is Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly by Anthony Bourdain

I love this book...couldn't put it down, and it's changed how I think about eating in restaurants and the people who work behind the scenes. 

Description of the book:
