Lori created these gorgeous coasters, and you wouldn't believe how simple this project is!
Here's how she did it:
"These coasters are so easy to make.First of all I went to Hobby Lobby and poked around the unfinished wood aisle looking for something coaster-like.These coasters were about a buck each.
I scanned them and extracted the image, so that my images would be the same size and not require any fancy trimming. I then created my images in PS, just like I would create a layout. Once I had them designed and printed in high quality (on regular paper), I allowed the pages to dry overnight.
I used a paintbrush to evenly apply adhesive to the back of the paper.I then carefully laid the paper on the coaster and used a stiff piece of scrap paper to smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles. The next day I added a coat of Mod Podge to the top with a paintbrush.I also added felt to the back so they will not scratch the table."
