that sort of "overwhelmed" feeling where you know you have a lot of stuff you need to do, but your brain just basically shuts down and won't DO any of the stuff you need to do, so you find yourself reading a novel when you should be working, or knitting a scarf when you should be working, or re-organizing the medicine cabinet when you should be working? Yeah. I'm kind of at that point right now.
It's not that I've got anything hugely pressing -- just some products I need to get ready for the shop, some email to take care of and projects to mail (Jen, your tote is coming this week -- I promise!), and some homework to catch up / get ahead on. But I just can't settle down and focus.
I wanted to go ahead and get my March goals posted; I'm going to slow down a little on these for the next month or so, since my master's courses are really in full swing and taking up a good bit of time right now. So for March and April, I'll probably only be focusing on 5 or 6 goals each month. Here's what's up for March (also posted in sidebar on bottom right):
- read 6 books from bookshelves
- finish Chris's scarf
- embroider jacket
- finish putting emergency kits together
- establish exercise routine (weights, walking)
One other thing: this week's Digi Dare is still going on, so make sure you stop by and play along! You'll get a great coupon to my shop, just for posting your layout, so head over and join in the fun.
If you missed my February goal progress, you can see the update here.
